A seasonal delicacy for those in the know, this May we celebrate the wonderful and sublime, White Asparagus at Grill 29. Chef Anon will prepare key dishes to showcase this special spring vegetable. Grilled gently and served with Iberico ham and hollandaise, creamy white asparagus veloute with homemade smoked salmon, savory white asparagus risotto with slow cooked chicken and foie gras or grilled alongside Australian Angus beef tenderloin and truffle mash.
