INNER MONGOLIAN THROAT SINGING MEETS GRUNGE
Hosted by: Temple Bar
When
This Thursday, our beloved friends from TULEGUR are returning to the Temple stage with their rock-influenced Mongolian nomad folk!
This modern nomad group’s (Gangzi and percussionist / guitarist Zongcan) sound is a great mixture of traditional music, rock, throat singing (Khoomei, traditional throat singing of Mongolian) and Mongolian/Chinese folk. This combination results in a unique style that is being called “Mongolian grunge" or "nomad rock” by the artists themselves.
Always delivering an incredible musical experience, don’t miss these guys!
