Taichi is one of the Chinese traditional martial arts. Initially, it functioned as a unique self-defense technique. As an ancient Kongfu, it includes quan, sword, broadsword push-hand etc. Especially the push-hand is a very well known technique while practicing Taichi. As a typical artful Chinese Kongfu, Taichi has been highly popular with small and weak people. No matter you are young or aged, weak or strong, you all can choose Tachi as an ideal physical exercise!
