If you think electronically mediated social interaction is less real than social interaction mediated by the visible light and audible sound of "actual" social interaction, then all y'all motherfuckers just ain't keepin' it real on the Hinternets.

    Lizard,

Do you think that going on the internet was a good way to cure your internet addiction?

If I was American I might say "How's that working out for you!?"

What are find far more depressing are families and lovers who sit at a starbucks each playing on their mobile device, the ipad for the kid, the samsung tablet for the wife and the samsung galaxy for the husband.
I saw the same with a couple, a young couple.

Back in my day, I dont know when me and my gf went out, we shared a nice dinner, talked and cuddled with each other and then had sex somewhere. Whats the appeal of playing bejeweled compared to a good conversatio/ physiacal interaction?

Being online is good, I can get all the info I want however If I am with my friends I never access the internet or use my phone etc.
