My roommate is leaving Beijing and I'm looking to fill the room with a new roommate starting January 1st. I live in a great apartment in a great location. Between Guomao and Shuangjing in the Apple Apartment Community on a very high floor in a high rise building we have 110 square meters of space, two bedrooms, full separate kitchen, huge open living area, one full bathroom, and a small balcony. It's very nicely furnished, neighbors never disturb, and the best taxi accessible street in Beijing! The photos you see are all real.

Rent is 3500 RMB a month which includes everything. For the first month of January, you only need to pay one month rent for the first month. The next 3 months plus one month security deposit will be due February 1. This is really an amazing deal (no joke). This is my 4th apartment in Beijing and it is by far the best. I believe people will really be very interested so I would love to find someone who may be a great fit for me as well as be a very reliable person.

Looking for someone who is financially stable, easy going, relaxed, and extremely clean (other than your own room which you can do with what you please!). I am a 28 year old American classical musician and have lived in Beijing almost 3 years.
