Neither of them should be extradited.
It is pathetic that the British Legal System cant handle these goons themselves and even worse that the UK has this extradition treaty with the USA just for the purpose of some kind of "face saving pact".
The Americans get MAD at the occasional Brit for doing something naughty, then instead of just accepting that the Brits can deal with them accordingly, DEMAND that the perp be conveniently FedExed to them for processing...because a US computer server was at some point involved. lol
And this is all LITERALLY just so that the americans can say "we got him", or more importantly, some US political faction or figure.
This is US politics affecting the way the British legal system operates.
Remember this has nothing to do with preventing terrorism, this has nothing to do with making the world safer or better. This is nothing about promoting peace, just a trophy exhibition.
In politics, if the United States person put a fart,British people will say: "this is fragrance."and other europeans will say:"It is not only have fragrance, also is mint flavor!" u r all the "brothers", i can understand!
It is probably the first time when British government approving an extradition of someone.
