The best way to learn Chinese is to learn Chinese.

If you really want to learn the language and are capable of doing so, you're probably already doing it right. If you're looking for a shortcut or an easy way, there are none.

Go read your flashcards again. Go talk to a Chinese person. Then do your flashcards again. Then go talk to another Chinese person. And try giving the flashcards another go after that. Congrats, you're learning Chinese.

My Chinese sucks but this is how it's done. You just do it or you don't do it. You can talk about it, read about it on the Internet and think about doing it, but you won't do it until you actually go do it. So go do it.
