Follow up on customer interactions 8. Other tasks may be assigned by Senior managers Job Requirements: 1. general education degree or equivalent 2. Native English Speakers, conversational Chinese preferred but not compulsory 3. knowledge of customer service principles and practices 4. Work with responsibility, organized and clear thinking; good team motivator 5.
