The large number of classes per week makes it an ideal program for students who wish to train intensively or students who have irregular schedules, and also ensures small class sizes. Group classes are open to students of all levels. Student progress depends on attendance and extent of training outside of class.

                          Group Class Schedule

9:30 – 11 am

2:30 – 4 pm

7 – 9 pm

Monday

</
