You will be responsible for administration management of over 150 people.</p> <p><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Job title: Branch Manager </span></em></p> <p><strong>Job description: </strong></p> <ol> <li>Setting up business and development management information platform based on local business culture.</li> <li>Administration management for branch offices in USA</li> <li>Human resource, administration, and general finance management.</li> <li>Manage Staff recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, training etc&hellip;</li> <li>Regularly monitor key metrics such as turnover, intermittent absence, etc. and take proactive steps to address problem areas.</li> <li>Keep good communication with head office in Beijing.
