I am a bachelor software engineer, currently I have 2 options to immigrate, one is canada and the another one is to Australia.

Since I was never abroad, I don't know which country is better for me and my career future.

So I sincerely need your suggestions.

I'd like to know how my immigration life should be is successful immgrated. Thanks a lot!

As I have studied and lived in Oz for 20+ years, but also have a few OLD friends (and OLD family friends) who had lived in Canada for 20+ years too, I am quite sure that both countries are similar in many ways, with small differences in others ...

As far as migration is concerned ... migrating to Oz requires English skill as well as professional assessment, and right now, about 13 types of computer professionals are on the list:

As far as culture is concerned ... Canada does have a much larger Chinese population than Oz, so it should be easier for you to settle, however, on the other end of the scale, you could be living among ONLY Chinese friends, leading a Chinese life style rather than a Canadian life style ...

As far as "career" is concerned ... both countries are suitable for a "peaceful" career development and growth, if you are not too career-minded or ambitious, because from what I have observed, Chinese does not seem to have as much advancement as I would have liked in Oz ... not sure about Canada on this one ...

If you need to know more, especially about Oz, feel free to contact me ... I also know someone in Beijing specialised in migration application, I think I can get a few simple questions for free ...
