Ohhhh hell yeah! All 4 days. AK-47, Suffocated, SUBS, Xie Tian Xiao, Twisted Machine, Army of Jade Kirin, 24 Hours, Velvet Highway, K-Jell, King Lychee...this is not to be missed! Furthermore, I live near Haidian Park. I've been to three Midid Festivals, and this promises to top them all. Jia you!

Yuck, what a line up...someone even thought bringing Sham 69 back was a good idea...Was hoping at least for them to be able to make good Modern Sky bands (like Hedgehog and Queen Sea Big Shark) get back to play a show.

Oh well, it's a good place to pre-game before 24 Hours, PK14, Molds, Ourself Beside Me, AV Okubo, Carsick Cars, Rustic, Guai Li, Offset Spectacles, and Hedgehog play somewhere else during the nights...

A big reason why I'll be hitting up MIDI is precisely so I can catch those bands without having to make the trek from Tongzhou.

Well crap. I'm terribly disappointed. I misread the title and thought it was a Medieval Festival. Now that I would be down for. Men carrying wooden swords + shields and cardboard armor... plus all the grog and swill a man can drink. Throw in a few bloody duels and some lusty busty wenches and we'd have a grand old time.

Will probably be there for Alt Senior.
Does anyone know the difference in distance from Midi to Strawberry? Because I'll be seeing Alt Senior in the afternoon, then Does it offend you, yeah? In the afternoon.

Uh. Sasha, the difference between Midi and Strawbery is a 90 minute, 150 kuai cab ride in GOOD traffic. A lot cheper by combination of subway and taxi (maybe 40 kuai), but twice as long a trip, too. Honestly, two places in Beijing could not possibly be further apart.
