    Lightinthebox Ltd is a Chinese e-commerce platform offering consumer goods to an international audience around the globe. With currently 4 offices in China, the company is growing rapidly.

    Starting from last year, Lightinthebox has begun to expand further into social media in order to increase brand awareness and improve the public image of the company. Due to our rapid success in the area, we are now opening up a new position as Junior Community Builder.
    Duties Include:
    . Answering and engaging in conversation with users and customers on a variety of online media (social media sites, forums, blogs).
    . Produce weekly creative content keep interest high and attract more users.
    . Suggest new ways of attracting newcomers, and keep the community vibrant and alive.
    . Monitor the activity and the satisfaction levels, reporting to the manager.
    . The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be readjusted depending on the situation.
    . You will report directly to the Creative Marketing manager.
    The Right Candidate:
    . Has excellent English writing skills (native preferred)
    . Good command of an additional second language is highly appreciated (Spanish, German, French)
    . A deep understanding and a frequent (if not daily) use of the social media is a must.
    . A keen fashion sense, since we are looking to focus more on feminine fashion.
    . Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Community Management is definitely a plus.
    . Some Photoshop skills would also be an asset.
