From 5th to 12th June 2009, the closing chef of Louisiana will be back at One East as guest chef to celebrate his seventh year in Asia and put the “East” into One East.
Chef Dan Segall will bring his exciting Asian flair which has won him awards at RBL in Beijing, ZUMA in Hong Kong and most recently as executive chef of M1NT in Shanghai. With the concept of “Free Asian Cuisine”, Chef Dan specially created set lunch and dinner menus which draw inspiration from both North& Southeast Asian food and walk a line between Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai. Along in the menu will also be a couple of classic Lousiana dishes, which are tribute to frequenters of former Louisiana.
Also presented by Chef Dan Segall are a variety of special activities such as cooking master classes, an American Wine Dinner, kitchen experience and farewell gastronomic Jazz dinner.
Lunch set menu: RMB180 per person
Dinner set menu: RMB300 per person (RMB500 per person with wine pairing)
