METEN ENGLISH was established in 2006 with the sole purpose of offering the English language to English learners. The first center opened in Chongqing back in 2006. Since then METEN ENGLISH has expanded to over 50 centers in over 19 cities such as (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Foshan, Beijing, Suzhou, Xiamen, Chengdu, Chongqing and Wuhan) throughout China, with over 2000 teaching and administrative employees including 350 Foreign English teachers and 400 local Chinese English teachers. Position: ESL Teacher
Department: Regional Centers of METEN Mainland China
Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.
Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student.
Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc..
Fulfill one to one teaching and take proper ways based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements.Requirements:
Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand
Bachelors degree or above
Graduated 2 years from university prior to start of work
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 1 years related teaching experience
Due to work visa requirements, candidates must be aged 22-50 years old.
The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.Compensation:

Rest cities: 8500-12500RMB +1500RMB housing allowance per month
Open class bonus: 200RMB for each student sign up.
Seasonal bonus around 1000RMB
Complete one year contract get 8000RMB airfare allowance
Full attendance 1000RMB
5 teaching hours+ 2 office hours per day
Morning shift: 9/10 am – 5/6pm
Evening shift: 1pm-9pm
2 days off a week, normally not weekend.
