-3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apt 1: 1 standard room, 1 small room (Master taken by American male student)
-3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apt 2: Master bedroom (own bathroom), 2 standard rooms
-3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apt 3: Master Bedroom (own bathroom), 1 standard room (other standard taken by Hong Kong female student)
-2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apt: Both rooms available.
-2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apt: Both rooms available for January.
All rooms are fully furnished and have heating, hi-speed wifi, unlimited filtered water, and once-a-week cleaning service included.
NO AGENCY FEES and we will take care of your police registration. Staff live in the same compound so any problems can be taken care of as quickly as possible.
MASTER rooms will be charged at 3,500 rmb/4 weeks. STANDARD rooms will be 3,200/ 4 weeks.
ALL PHOTOS ATTACHED are of our apartments. Apartments are located at Wencheng Jiezuo, Linye Daxue Bei Lu, Haidian District.
