Weekly Group Meditation

You are invited to join a weekly group meditation activity in Sanlitun. It is held once or twice a week, usually at a week night but sometimes on a weekend as well.

Usually we have around 5 or 6 people. Some regular comers plus a few new members each time. Group meditation is usually 30 minutes in silence whereby everybody sits comfortably in their own way. There are sharings of various kinds each time as well. Afterwards we exchange our feelings or observations.
