I am selling it for the simple reason that I'm too lazy to lug it around these days and it's just taking up space.

For specifications: http://www.dpreview.com/products/canon/slrs/canon_eos300d

For review: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos300d

In a world of ridiculously high megapixel cameras, 6.3 might not seen all that much. I know you can change the image quality to reduce the amount of space the photos take up, but how many photos can you get on that card before you have to dump them? I'm vaguely interested in this.

How does it do in low-light situations? I don't have a lot of lighting in my bedroom. See, we can keep talking about the porn and the clitori and whatnot while keeping it on topic.

Eh. If your iPhone takes better low-light pictures than an SLR camera, then I think I'll pass on the SLR in question. Might get a better response on TBJ, piles of people buying and selling stuff in their classifieds.

"I guess the ability to see the shot in real time through the screen might give it an illusion of being better....... or something."

Yes. This makes way more sense actually. There's no way in hell an iPhone camera takes better low-light shots than an SLR, I didn't even think about that until after I'd posted. The display on the iPhone probably does look significantly better than the display on your actual camera.
