I'm drinking like 10 cups of coffee daily. Is that alarming?
Coffee and caffeine has side effects like upset stomach, jitters and problems sleeping and too much of anything can be bad. 10 cups of mild coffee is probably not that bad, but if we're talking 10 cups of super-strong coffee it's probably bad over time.
A good alternative to coffee is Yerba Mate, which has the same qualities but none of the side-effects mentioned above. Yerba Mate comes from Argentina, and as far as I know it's not possible to buy in China.
