The average for university graduates is 4000 RMB per month. That is for all graduates though, not for recent graduates.

Also, I just made this up.

I don't personally know of Chinese companies offering over 3.5 wan for upper level management. People make money from company profits only. Or working for foreign companies...

The legal minimum wage of 2010 is 960 yuan/month in Beijing. 莫明, there are many Chinese companies offering over 3.5wan for upper level management. Such as Securities companies, Real Estate companies, Banks, Communication companies, Power companies, etc.

my salary is between 10 to 30 000... depand if i perform a lot or not.

i work hard and have knowledges that people don t have here.

and i think average is a meaningless number, cause in beijing u have people who have million salary! it s better to have statistic to say 95% earn this 2% earn this etc etc
