Sam (profile here: http://www.weliveinbeijing.com/profile/profilenew.rails?Uid=100170434 ) is a swing dance teacher. He is in Shanghai now, but I'm sure he knows some place here in Beijing.

    I absolutely love the music:

But I don't think I have the confidence to do the dancing. I've heard that Swing Beijing have many more women than men taking part.

Django Renheirdt: The Gypsy Kind of Swing!

This is an amazing story. Hollywood are interested in making a movie about Django's life. Johnny Depp is a possible lead actor.

hey, cool. thanks for the link! i was looking for this music!!!!!! loving it.

im part of the swing beijing. in our class, it's about half half. i have a great partner so im happy:) i just started a month ago. so i cant reallly dance well. plus, i often get confused on the steps. im very jealous of people who can dance well. especially girls, they look so pretty.
u should come some time. it's monday night 9:30pm. most ppl stay and practice then.

People tell me I am 内向 so I think I would just be a wallflower.

I read in today's Global Times that people even do swing dance on the Great Wall!
