    Job Purpose
    Support management team. This position is only for a Native English Speaker.

    Responsibilities
    - Work very closely with CEO for basic analysis, financial reports, presentations for in- & external and board communication.
    - Understand visionary/conceptual discussions and translate that into presentation material to be circulated to relevant parties for inputs/actions.
    - Support China management team, including President, CFO, COO, Head HRM on high level communication documents.
    - Working with company’s communications team, writing, editing/polishing variety of written materials and supporting other internal and external communication activities.

    Key Deliverables / KPIs
    - Written materials(documents, speeches, presentations) for internal and external top level communication
    - Financial and commercial analysis and reports for CEO

    Requirement
    - Must be a native English speaker
    - Bachelor Degree above
    - Familiar, interested in and knowledge of Renewable Energy
    - Proficient in both Chinese and English, both in oral and writing
    - Good financial background ,be able to understand financial reports and make financial reports in collaboration with Finance Department
    - Experience in communications and editing
    - Strong business sense, understand commercial discussion and translate into necessary documents for strategic communication
    - Expertise in MS Power Point, Excel, and Word.
    - Knowledge of China
    - 3-5 years experience in office or business environment, at least 1 year experience of supporting senior executive
