I am writing an email to our American clients. I need to emphasize the packing and shipping information are requested strictly by shipline(some professional details). At the end of mails, I want to say 特此声明 to show it is very important.

How should I say formally? I search for it online, but I don't think it is proper. Please anyone can help me? Many thanks!!
