    you're right, you are kind of forced to verify your mobile number on the first request. but after the verification you can choose to accept or ignore the request.

    I'll put a cancel verification button there.

    hehe, no. you are only asked to verify your mobile number since you havent done it before.

    Once you have done that you will be asked again if you want to share you number with the user who requested your number.

    If you accept, then your number will only be shown to the user you accepted to share your number with, and not everyone :)
