鲜莲子炒虾仁

莲子为睡莲科植物莲成熟的种子,是常见的滋补之品,有强心安神、滋养补虚、降血压等多种食疗作用。古人认为经常服食,百病可祛,因它“享清芳之气,得稼穑之味,乃脾之果也”。
Lotus seed is used as the nourishing goods, the treatment contains nourishing tonic, lowering blood pressure and other therapeutic effects.

原料:
    莲蓬lotus pod 头,鲜虾fresh prawns 青豆green soya bean scallion ginger 淀粉starch 料酒cooking wine salt sugar

做法: 

1.将莲蓬头冲洗后,剥出鲜莲子,再仔细地剥去皮和膜。
After cleaning the lotus pod, taking the seed out and strip off the covering.

 

2.将牙签从莲子的底部中心穿过,抽出绿色的胚芽莲子芯来。
Drawing out the green lotus seed by using the toothpick.

 

3.鲜虾剥壳去肠线,洗净后吸干水份,加干淀粉、料酒、盐抓匀后入冰箱冷藏半小时。
Stripping off the shrimp, and remove the gutstring. Putting the dry starch, cooking wine and salt into the dry shrimp and put them into the cole storage.

4.炒锅热后加油,五成热后下葱姜末煸香,下虾仁快速煸炒。
Heaten the pan with oil putting chopped garlic ginger. And then put the shrimp into the pan.

 

5.虾仁变色后下鲜莲子和青豆一起煸炒,调入盐和少许白糖炒匀,淋少许水淀粉勾芡即可。
Stir-frying the green soya bean and shrimp after the shrimp change the color. Putting salt and a little sugar, dressing with starchy sauce.
