Feeling In the Air

Write down on slips of paper a word for each feeling you believe you do NOT experience right now, whether it's anger, hate, joy or resentment. Then simply toss them in the air, and catch one randomly. Then try to express that feeling honestly, and it will make all the difference to your love for someone else, as well as love for yourself.
